Fit and finish were good - although the depth of the hood seemed to be a bit short compared to the original by about 1/8th of an inch. Luckily the spoiler added covered the flaw.

THIS DECK LID IS JUNK. I inspected the deck lid when it arrived. The box was perfect, no holes and no smashed ends. This deck lid has more dents than a dirt track race car! This part was packaged this way, no fault of UPS! It's not right to send back a part that they did not damage! I guess I'll buy a better one.

We regret that your deck lid had some dents in, as this is not the norm (as you can see by prior reviews). Also, be advised that it is common for UPS to litter panels with smallish dents without there being any meaningful evidence from the outside of the box. Rough handling will do it. Please contact the NPD location that shipped the deck lid if you require further service. This is indeed the best reproduction decklid on the market, it just goes downhill with others.

Fits pretty good! I’m happy with it. I did end up using my original thing where the latch catches. The one it comes with didn’t seem to work right but I’m sure it would with some alignment/work. Great for the price!

Trunk lid seems to fit good. Only thing I don’t like is that the skin and inner structure aren’t spot welded or attached in any way. So the trunk lid flexes quite a bit. You can see the skin moving on the inner structure. I will have to weld the two together in spots to stiffen it all up
