Product is great, no issues, however, I ordered the wrong decal. I was going to keep the decal and order the correct one. NPD would not throw the decal in an envelope instead wanted to send via UPS and charge me $12.50 for a $13 decal. Called and the person said, I hear that all the time but that is our process. Ridiculous. Poor customer service.

We are truly sorry that you are upset with our policy, but we have reasons that are based upon lengthy past history…
If we were to toss a decal into a 1st-class envelope and lick a stamp, invariably and with the help of Murphy’s Law, that decal arrives at it’s destination kinked, torn or somehow damaged due to USPS’s sorting machines. And we’re back to square 1, customer still waiting on a serviceable show-worthy decal, and time/expense wasted. In other words, we used to do it, and it commonly backfired in our face.
If we sandwich the decal in cardboard and toss it into USPS’s smallest cardboard (rigid) envelope, that’s $9.50 these days… Believe it or not. And again, it’s at the mercy of USPS’s notoriously unreliable service/speed.
So by the time we’re looking at close to $10 bucks just to toss a decal in the mail, we opt instead to pack it safely in a UPS box where it will always, every time, arrive in 1-3 business days without harm or risk.
There’s just no reasonable way to ship small/inexpensive items anymore. Not safely at least. Most companies that charge extremely-inexpensive fees for shipping small goods, accomplish it by adding the expense into the price of the product itself, effectively hiding the shipping expense inside the product. We dislike that tactic, because our prices also apply to counter customers who are buying in person.
I hope you understand,
because we value your business, and in no way are our shipping fees meant to be
predatory. By the time we pull/pack/ship a 6 oz item in a small box, our $12.95
minimum is a break-even. We do not profit from shipping.
