Dash Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Frame, Black Plastic, reproduction
This is the curved dash VIN surround frame. These are always missing or broken and very difficult to get out without breaking it. This is black molded plastic. On original cars it is always black even when the dash was a color like gold or red.
