Improved repro. The tooling for these was created using lessons learned by the manufacturer who also produces the Mustang dashes from the original Ford tooling. This first hand knowledge was used to create very accurate repro tooling for the MUSTANG. Vinyls used have a texture that is a little more coarse than the original vinyl. This color is much darker than the original red. Although there is supposed to be a difference between 1967 and 1968 dash pads we have found that these pads fit all 1967 and most 1968 models.

Definitely not the color they say it is or the picture they have. It's way dark then the maroon or dark red they have listed.
