The upper cowl panel with the grilles is actually an early 65 part for use with the chrome wiper retainer nuts and bezels (17514-1A) and the matching early wiper arm pivot assembly with threaded wiper pivots.
Lower section is actually a 67 part and will fit with minor modifications into a 65-66. A PDF info sheet on the required modifications is available on our website.
