The thin piece of material that goes up the door jamb was twisted. The drivers side tore when installed. The passenger side was heated and twisted with heat gun before install. I did take pictures if anyone would like to see what I'm describing.

Product fits well and looks great. I've only installed the driver's side. Only "problem" is that the cable for the lower vent moves too smoothly and doesn't hold the vent open.

The door lace part was bent over when boxed. Did crack when trying to install. Used a heat gun on the other side for installation.

Awesome. Fiddly to install on the driver’s side (take off the parking brake mount) and took a little extra time to paint but the finish and fit as great. Considering the detail and moving parts involved, I think these are a steal for the money.
