Nice looking piece. I had a problem on my '69 GTO fitting the buckle on the seat belt through the slot. The solution I found was to immerse the cover in boiling water for a couple of minutes. This made the plastic soft enough to get the buckle, turned sideways, through the slot without cracking or damaging the cover.
