Yellow caps duplicate the look of the original early Sta-Ful battery although yellow caps were only originally used on group 22 batteries. Uses a 24F50 or 24F60 flat top maintenance free battery from sources such as Exide, AC Delco and others. Fits flat top maintenance free batteries with maximum top dimensions of 10 3/8 x 6 7/8 and terminal spacing of 8 3/16. Cover outside width is 7 1/16.

This cover fits a Rural King (Exide) 24f battery perfectly and it looks real good. The Rural King battery is a very low cost battery and it has been going strong for 9 years. The only downside is this cover is expensive.

Looks great, but do not under any circumstances get any gas or other petroleum liquids on it, because it will eat the surface. Has the feel and weight of polystyrene rather than ABS. Had to toss the first one in the trash when my primer bottle dripped a little bit of gas on it. Also does not fit the factory hold-down bracket on a '67 without deforming. Had to do some trimming to get it to lay flat. Reproduction brackets may be wide enough to fit over it, but it was too wide for the original bracket on my car.
