This trunk compartment jute pad is designed to fit all 79-93 Mustang coupe models and installs right under your original or reproduction felt mat. It is made from 1/2 inch thick jute padding and features a mastic / rubber backing to help keep its original shape. Restoration Note:
Most 1979 thru 1993 Mustang Coupe models did not feature an additional just pad under the original gray trunk felt. The original felt had a thin layer of jute one the backside. This 1/2 thick unit is designed to go under your felt mat and help add additional padding and sound deadening. These are great upgrades over what the factory originally used.

This jute pad can be used in conjunction with NPDs felt trunk mat part number M-45455-7RCA or with any of our carpeted coupe trunk mats.
