Description

Radiator with custom aluminum fan shroud and 16 electric fan. High efficiency core. 18.5 core height, 19.2 core width, 2.7 thick, 2 rows of 1.25 tubes, 1 1/2 inlet, 1 3/4 outlet, 16 fins per inch, 10 trans cooler. OE style stamped and polished tanks. OE mounting.

6.75 total thickness from the radiator support mounting flange.

100% TIG welded no epoxy used anywhere. Lifetime manufacturers warranty. The design of these radiators gives them a 10% cooling advantage over the Champion 4 row and 20% over the Champion 3 row. Drain cock is included and a factory fan shroud for the same application will fit. Electric fan relay harness sold separately, see 8K621-1CCA.

Note that installing a radiator that is thicker than original may reduce the clearance between the radiator and the cooling fan blades, water pump pulley or its mounting bolts. Make sure you verify before running your engine. A minimum clearance of 1/2 is required with 1 preferred. The use of a different length of fan spacer can easily remedy this. See also F-8005-521ABK for a thinner package.

** Aluminum radiators and heater cores require coolant replacement at least every 24 months or 30,000 miles to maintain the necessary silicate levels that prevent corrosion. **

** Note: Fastening of fans or other accessories to the radiator through the core will VOID any warranty.
