I had 1" drop springs on my 67 mustang, after doing the shelby drop, the car was too low. These helped get my car back up to a respectable height.

Two issues when installing two of these on my 70 Cougar XR7. First, the ID is about 1/16" too small to slide over the collar at the spring tower. Had to use a drum sander to open it up. Secondly, it is advertised as a 1" lift the actual measure is 13/16". Otherwise, all was well. Hopefully, it will hold up better than the 3/8" lift insulator I put in 4 years ago which had turned gummy and extruded out.
