Verified Buyer Clutch Release Lever

Part is almost exact of original with the exception of the tension spring with is a thinner thickness and would not hold the lever in place. I drilled out the rivets on the original lever and put it on the NPD lever. If they would make the spring the same, this would be a great replacement part.

NPD - National Parts Depot

The spring is designed to hold the fork, but it is not supposed to be a death grip. That would cause binding and a higher effort. It is just supposed to keep it from falling out on installation and keep it located on the fulcrum while in use. We are unsure why this customer was having an issue with the clip not holding things on the fulcrum once installed, but we would definitely invite further reviews and experiences.
