Cloth covered 1/8 foam padded card stock. Panels are flat base style headliners and not the molded and contoured deluxe version. Colors are not exact to original but are close. Dome light hole is pre-cut on the panel but not cut out on the cloth to account for variations in the placement of the dome light in different years.
