I do not know if the finish is exactly like OEM or not, but the shape/design appears identical to the rusty oem part that it replaced. The shield did need a little minor bending to fit exactly but the gauge of the metal is thin enough to make this an easy adjustment and did not detract from appearance at all.

I dinged this a star under Quality as there was some surface rust on the part when I received it. Some 000 steel wool and 30 minutes work and it all came off. But a new part should be clean. Installed good. Fit was true.
