Good product and finish, parts fit they were suppose to without any modifications

The product looked really nice. Bolted the chains on and latched the chains as soon as I latched the chain on the driver's side the bolt broke. The center of the bolt where the break occurred had a pocket of rust. Hmmm..Hmm... I thought they were all stainless. Called customer service and they immediately sent a return shipping label and got a new set coming. The new set has not arrived yet. Hopefully this was a fluke.
