Ford 1100 1v Carb External Screw Kit

Kit includes Fillister head screws and washers for the top to bottom cover, accelerator pump covers, choke housing, choke thermostat, choke arm, accelerator pump arm, and fast idle.
An additional special recessed hex head screw, 354746-SS (#8-32x3/4 inch), is included for the dash pot link as the adjusting screw. This screw is stainless steel where originals were a special finish that appears like black oxide.

#10-32 x 5/8 used as idle limiter screw, no washer, (See 9578 for spring).
#8-32 x 1 1/4 used on choke housing with split lock washers.
#8-32 x 3/4 recessed hex head stainless used as dash pot link adjusting screw.
#8-32 x 5/8 used on used on top to bottom cover, accelerator pump cover, dash pot cover (with 16 split lock washers) and fast idle screw (no washer).
#8-32 x 1/2 used on choke thermostat cover.
#6-32 x 1/4 used on choke arm with external tooth washer.
