This unit is a black powder coated version of the original black painted style offered by Ford. This unit features a powder coated finish that is designed to last much longer then the original finish but keep the original appearance. It is based off the original E2ZZ-18A927-A Ford part number and will fit all 1979 thru 1993 Fox Mustangs.

I bought this antenna base cover and when I received it,the powder coat looked terrible. It looked like grains of sand under the powder coat.I was going to blast it with walnut shells in my blasting cabinet and powder coat it with my set up but I tried fitting it on the base first and it wouldn't snap on the base so I put it to the side and redone a factory one I had.
