These hatchback trunk compartment bumpers are designed to help eliminate / prevent body contact between the hatchback trunk and body. The mount to the underside of the hatchback lid on both the RH and LH side.

Ford listings show this part as being used from 11/28/89. Check your application before ordering if working on a 1989 model year. All 1990 thru 1993 models used this style bumper.
