The quality seems good. However, the leads on the bottom seems poorly made. The bulb was also dimmer than original incandescent. Return them as I was not happy.

I own two 1966 Ford Mustangs. I had previously used some of NPD's competitors' parts, but I became an account holder on their website and figured I would give them a try. I placed a substantial order on 09/16/21, including the parts referenced in this article. With regard to Part#U-L1157AL6, I removed the old bulbs, cleaned the bulb housing/contacts with electrical parts cleaner, and went to install the new LED bulbs. As is required, I inserted the bulbs and gave them a 90 degree clockwise twist in order to secure them in the bulb housing. In spite of trying to be gentle and only twisting from the textured portion of the bulb, both bulbs snapped in half at the junction where the LED top meets the bulb socket. One of the bulb sockets snapped off in the bulb housing, requiring extra effort to remove it. These two parts were defective, and were not sturdy enough to withstand even gentle twisting required in order to do a basic installation. I would not recommend them, especially at this price.
