The latch works well however I had to drill out one of my seat frame holes to be able to put the top bolt in since it was not aligned to the frame. The bottom two holes by the latch worked perfectly. The nice feature with these compared to the originals is the release lever is 2 piece. So you can unbolt the extension so you dont have to stretch the seat cover when installing.
