Product was fine, no complaint with the quality, but did not fit the vehicle. It was an internet purchase with my business card, my company and wife's name was on it. I returned it to the Ventura store since it was close to me. While there I found a book I wanted to purchase, however the salesman would not use the card since it did not have my name on it, after he just refunded the money back on it. Seems silly and pretty stupid to lose a sale. Won't be going back there. Not the product but the person at the front counter. My low ratings are a result of the front counter person. Would rather purchase from someone that appreciates customers and the business.
