This improved design includes the foam seal where the boot seals against the floor pan just like originals. Does not include the metal retainer ring due to ease of reusing your original unit. This is an exact reproduction of the 2003-2004 Mustang lower shifter boot. This improved version allows for more shift movement and clearance than earlier versions making it a great choice for all 1979-2004 Mustangs and most aftermarket shifters.
