Good replacement. Doesn't have the original factory connectors, but I was not looking for a concours replacement.

are sorry that you ran into a problem installing your 18527-1A blower motor
(review all the way below). We do state in the product description that it
mates with NPD # T-18504-2 fan, but in retrospect that warning is not worded
strongly enough. We’re not sure if you’ve arranged to return the motor, but please
“reply all” if you would like us to ship you a proper fan for the motor, free
of charge.
