The windshield wiper blades for the 1979-81 model year where 16 1/2 inches long. The later years 1981-93 where only 16 inches long. The short 1981-93 style can be used on the 1979-81 models but is not correct.

The wiper blade did not latch on to the wiper arm properly. It disengaged when the wipers were turned on. It has a flimsy plastic latch that does not make a solid connection to the arm
