Just purchased this for my 66 Mustang. It initially did not sit level, but then I re-read the description which said the angle might have to be adjusted. It was very easy to bend it to the correct angle and now it sits level. Hardest part was getting to the old rusted bolts on the car itself.

I am not sure why this has a 5 star review when as the description says the bracket is not even close to the correct angle. I will try and see it I can make it fit With just bending the bracket. It looks like the better solution will be to reuse the original bracket or cut the spot welds and move the bracket. I wish I would have read the description closer upon purchase. 3 stars.

Had to slightly adjust the item after replacing (cut & weld) the corroded section of the front apron, just below the battery tray. Looks and fits great! Worth noting...the battery tray aligned properly to the Original apron, prior to restoration -- uncertain why the 3 Star Reviewer is having issues...
