Holes aligned perfectly and fit properly. There are 4 mounting holes on the tray, but my 72 F100 only had 2 of the holes instead of 4. It’s less rigid than I’d like it to be, so I may drill out the other 2 holes on the truck to keep it from flexing and provide more rigidity.

This does NOT fit a '61-'64 2wd truck where the battery mounts by the firewall. This is made for '65 and up 2wd where the battery mounts closer to the radiator. Of course I figured this out after I painted it... Nice quality though.

The battery tray fit and looks good. My only issue was that it seemed the bottom bolt holes were askew by a few degrees. One fit perfect while the other was a tough twist. I hadn't even fastened the side mounting bolts yet. But after that, it bent into the shape it needed to be in for all the holes to align and still look decent in the space. I am still happy with the product.
