You can’t get the bolt in without it interfering with inner fender where the battery sits. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t matter the price

Other than having to drill and tap another bolt hole so that the bracket centered on my battery tray, it fits well.

This part worked great for me. My ‘66 tray was in decent condition, so this was a great way to use the ‘67 style hold down parts. I needed to drill a hole for the retaining bolt, and did that just to the right of an opening they probably assumed would work, but didn’t. No biggie.
