Looks good, received the wrong part the first goround, second part was good but had to ream out the parking brake hole a bit for the new cable to fit...all in all, it's a good part .

Even though the part was labeled with the correct part number, the hole for the E-brake cable was on the wrong side and too small.

Stamped out of nice heavy gauge steel, looks to be same gauge as OEM. Spring attachment bolt at top is designed differently but should work fine.
