The dip stick tube was what I needed but when I connected it to the engine block the holding tab broke free of the tube. The holding bracket needs to be secured to the tube with a better weld

This tube is the proper length and appears to be very much like the original; however, the crimped circle for the "O" ring is too large (not crimped enough) and you cannot insert it in the trans case with the o ring no matter how hard you try. Had they crimped it just a little more it would work, but they didn't and it doesn't.
