This kit features (5) 3/8 inch hex head bolts that feature the correct 5/16-18 thread but then offer a longer 1.25 inch length to properly mount the thicker aftermarket style covers. These bolts feature a 180,000 psi tensile strength to ensure that your cover does not move or flex on high horsepower launches. Note:

This mounting kit from ARP only comes 5 to a pack. The stock Ford rear differentials used a 10 bolts mounting style. You will need to pick up two of these kits to have all the proper hardware needed.

Installation Note:

This kit is designed to work with solid rear axles. This kit will not work on 1999-2004 Mustang Cobras that feature the factory IRS rear suspension.
