Installation Note:
ARP Racing identifies part number 200-2802 as a compatible flywheel kit for all Ford-based engines, including the 221, 255, 260, 289, 302, 351C, 351W, 351M, 400, 360, 390, 427, 428, 429, and 460, specifically when paired with a manual transmission.
ARP advises using the ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant, part number M-19578-1 from NPD, as it reduces friction on studs and ensures consistent clamping force, unlike standard motor oils or low-quality lubricants that may lead to performance issues.
