Upgrade your stock fuel tank with this Boyd Tanks rear mounted 22 gallon aluminum EFI baffled fuel tank.

.125 5052 Aluminum Tank comes with EFI in tank pump assembly and Aeromotive 340 pump, pump fittin on the plate is -6 ORB fitting (9/16-18 O-Ring) 0-90 ohm sending unit, and rollover safety vent valve already installed. We recommend NPD Premium Wiring Kit K-3106R-1A to wire the Aermotive 340 Fuel pump.Tank fill of 2"OD for hose (RFH) barb only, tank vents (2) 1/2" NPT and tank return of 3/8" NPT.Choose fill options from either aluminum fill neck or flush mount bed floor fill kit sold separately:* Aluminum neck with cap (NPD part number K-3003R-50C)OR* Flush Mount Bed Floor Fill Kit (p/n K-3003R-50F)

Tank is intended to mount to the bottom of the frame rail and it is not necessary to remove the rear "X" cross member as the tank will sit below it. If you have removed the cross member when adding 4 Link coil over or airbag kits it is possible to mount the tank on the top side of the frame rail though addition fabrication to the bed floor may be required.

Tank can be used for ethanol but long term usage or storage will be an issue because of the water ethanol attracts and it is not recommended to run E85 100% of the time with an aluminum tank.
