3 row, 5/8” tubes, 180 cores, 14 fins per inch, 24 /4” core width x 16 1/2” core height x 2 1/4” core thickness, inlet 1 1/2” RH, outlet 1 3/4” RH. 6” trans cooler. Saddle mount. US-made, good to 650 HP, high density core. all aluminum, higher fin count, 100% TIG welded no epoxy, limited lifetime manufacturer warranty.
Note: Thicker than original radiators may require a shorter fan spacer. Check for a minimum of 1/2” clearance (1” preferred) between the fan and radiator core BEFORE you start your engine! The use of a different length of fan spacer can easily remedy this. Thicker than original radiators may also need modifications to the saddle mounts to fit the thicker tanks and for the location of the drain cocks. 67’s using 24” extra cooling radiators, brass or aluminum, will require the use of 68-70 lower mounts (8052-1A, 1B, 1C) for a proper mounting.
Aluminum radiators and heater cores require 50/50 mix coolant replacement at least every 24 months or 30,000 miles to maintain the necessary silicate levels that prevent corrosion in aluminum.

70 mach 1 351W /old radiator 20 inch. New Alum.Champion 24 inch.It fits in with the factory radiator support.Use bottom supports 8052-1C they bolt to factory bottom cross rail you need to supply the bolts,Use 8125-1BA rubber mounts they fit inside 8052-1C. Top mount 8A193-2B. The rubber for this top mount will Not fit the top of this radiator tank. The top mount fits very snug there is no room for correct rubber mount. I used a small thin slice of rubber bike tube cut it to fit.I did not want metal to metal contact. I also used the two bottom side predrilled radiator bracket holes.I drilled two holes in the bottom of the factory radiator support in order to keep the bottom of the radiator from moving. The radiator fits perfect in the factory radiator support.
