This is the first bad review I have for anything that I have received from NPD. That is why it was so surprising when received this vent. For the price, it is not at all what I would expect... The entire unit is plastic, where as my OE is metal (not sure if later years were plastic or not) Also the flapper does not seal around the inside, so there is about a 1/4 gap all along the bottom edge of the flapper. it is like it is not properly placed in the vent itself or there needs to be more rubber added to the bottom edge of the seal. I can't believe this item actually costs as much as it does. Even if it was half the price I would still be disappointed with the overall fit and finish on it.
