Repro. Stamped steel. Mounts to LH center valve cover bolt as an A/T kickdown spring bracket and the LH rear carb mounting bolt as a carb return spring bracket. The later was replaced sometime in 64 with the 9741-1B. Originals were painted semi-gloss black.
