SOME OF THE HOLES LINED UP SOME DID NOT. NOT A GREAT VALUE AT THIS PRICE ALSO THE JUTE INSULATION ON THE BACK GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM SO NEEDS TO BE TRIMMED BACK SOME SO IT DOES NOT SHOW AGAINST TH CARPET.

The material is very good. The fit is not at all good. This required extensive cutting and hole punching. A call to NPD to report quality issues was not productive. Most of the other products from NPD have been very good.
